"Hey Liz, it's N*** (big banana)"

i love it that my friends give themselves qualifiers like "big banana". the funny thing is, i'm not positive if he was refering to his genitalia or to the flavor of lube he called dibs on at a party where someone gifted me with a variety pack. either could be valid. i still might have that lube somewhere.

game tonight was funny. my character seems to cause way more problems than she solves. out of five traps, i (the now-not-so-sneaky-since-a-bunch-of-my-body-parts-got-removed rogue) managed to disarm ONE. one managed to go off and not hurt anyone. one hit a party member, but we got him out mostly unscathed. one hit me and made me fall asleep. the last one stabbed me in the sides with a bunch of spikes before i very spiffily disarmed it, in a manner including cartwheels. i can't wait until we get out of here. i'm gonna have to get a peg-leg and an eye patch. couple that with me lacking one breast, i'll be a pirate amazon or something. unfortunately, peg legs are not good for sneaking and it's hard to sneak attack things when you have no depth perception. but i actually have more hit points than when i originally got kidnapped. there can be some good to being grafted into an evil army monster.

housing sucks. i want to have enough money to buy sufficient living space for me for the next 8 -10 years and be done with it. or at least enough money to make a sizeable downpayment on it, so i can just spend rent money on a mortgage.

is it just me, or is it very lame for your boss to change the schedule and not inform you, and then bitch at you when you notice it and tell them you can't actually show up for that shift? it seems to me that you should ask someone before changing their schedule, particularly when you know it is a second job, you pay them crap, and you're scheduling them for a time when they have told you again and again not to schedule them for. but what the hell do i know. i've never had a management position or dealt with scheduling. wait. no.
